Plan: Conducting early analysis and developing a plan for MGHE including financial, personnel (incorporating gender challenges), environment and local considerations. Development of security relationship and the identification of a reporting process.
Deliver: Support plans for secure and stable healthcare sector with clear pathway to development. This includes the provision of support for both service delivery and providers.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Identification of relevant military and civilian guidance to support strategic and tactical goals. Monitoring of MGHE activity and evaluation for ongoing sustainability. Production of reports reflecting the above.
