Virtual International Medical Management of Radiation Injuries (IV-MED)

The objective is to improve the treatment and care of radiation injuries and illnesses caused by nuclear or radiological incidents or accidents; protect medical personnel involved in treating radiation injuries and diminish the spread of radioactive contamination during patient transport and treatment.

This course can be primarily useful for physicians, nurses, pre-hospital medical providers, and health physicists with the responsibility for responding to radiation medical emergencies. It will take place within a 3-day virtual training from 20-22 of July 2021, between 14:30-17:30 hrs (CET) each day.
